CRAFT BEERS – 330ML CANS

So it’s a contradiction in terms. A Black India Pale Ale?! The concept we came up with revolved around the old chewy sweets. Black Jacks & Fruit Salads. We wanted to take a big, fat IPA and lace it with undertones of slight roast and aniseed and blend with the huge tropical aromas of Pacific West coast hops. We gained the hint of roast by using Carafa malts from Germany. They give us the dark colour and a touch of roast but minimal bitterness, thus letting the hops fly and fly!

A smack of citrus with hints of warm blood orange aromas brought on by refined malt bill and loads of juicy hops. All hail Bloody Ell!

A perfectly clear golden pour with a generous white head. Roasted malt and hay on the nose, slight caramel malt taste and a crisp clean finish. An excellent example of a pilsner, Prost!

Straw blonde in colour and unpasteurised. Pilsner has a crisp, clean, easy drinking profile with a light biscuit malt flavour from the traditional malts. The addition of Perle and Magnum hops give it a more flavoursome, floral hop profile with a low bitter finish and the addition of wheat gives added depth to the body and a slightly sweet finish. Great with almost everything and brewed with our friends at The Great Yorkshire Brewery.

Citrus aromas of oranges and lime leaves mingle with bubble-gum and dried flowers on the nose of this hazy and refreshing Belgian-style White Ale. High carbonation and herbaceous bitterness quench the thirst while lemon-lime esters and flavours of Valencia orange add unique depth of flavour and complexity.

Throw on your Hawaiian shirt and your lederhosen and meet Cigar City Brewing at the intersection of traditional German brewing and tropical relaxation. We’ve taken our German-style Gose, an ancient style of low alcohol beer brewed with salt, and given it the Jimmy Buffett treatment by adding orange peel and lime essence to create the perfect warm weather ale.

Sometimes you need to look at the world from a different angle. Be open to explore, find a fresh perspective and share your stories from a different vantage point.
